Empirian Properties proudly offers the “Service Appreciation Program”. We established this program to honor teachers, nurses, police officers, firefighters, EMTs/paramedics, active duty military and reserves, members of the National Guard and military veterans. As a token of Empirian Properties’ gratitude for the selfless, courageous and noble work exhibited each day by civil service workers, the program assists with housing expense – a primary need for all of us.
Empirian Properties reserves 5% of our apartments for this program – offering a significant discount from standard rental rates. Those eligible for this program will be able to lease a studio, one bedroom, two bedroom or three bedroom apartment for a reduced rental rate - a potential savings of up to 25% of market rate.
Apartment communities are located throughout 17 states including; Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Nebraska, Minnesota, Alabama and Florida.
